Bt’X
==========================
B`T X Opening Song
Maglalakbay ako patungo sa kawalan
Upang habulin ko pangarap sa buhay
At lilipulin ko itong kadiliman
Makita ko lang ang liwanag
Ng katarungan

B’T X Closing Song
Alab ng Katarungan
ang pagmamahal sa ating kapwa
ang pag-ibig sa ating bayan
Handang ibuwis ang aking buhay

Magic Knight RayEarth
==============================
Kami’y narito asahan nyong magtatanggol
Handa kaming tumulong…
Ang aming mga kapangyarihan, alay sa karapatan….
Kami’y narito asahan nyong magtatanggol,
Makikipaglaban para kapayapaan at kaayusan,
Kami’y asahan nyo
Hanggang sa dulo ng mundo

Munting Pangarap ni Romeo
==============================
Awit ng Itim na Magkakapatid
(Theme from Mga Munting Pangarap ni Romeo.)
Kami ang Itim na Magkakapatid
Magkakasama laging masaya
Kahit mahihirap lang mararangal naman
Tayo’y lumakad sa mundo ng taas-noo
Kapwa at kapaligiran ating alagaan
Tayo’y laging magkasama
Sa hirap at sa ginhawa
ha ha(3x)
Kami ang Itim na Magkakapatid
Magkakasama, Nagkakaisa!
===================================
Ending Song at the last episode
(Theme from Mga Munting Pangarap ni Romeo.)
Ang lambak kung ating pagmamasdan
Ang paligid at kaparangan
Mula dito sa kabundukan
Maaabot mo ang kalangitan
Makikita mo ang ilaw ng bayan
Pangarap marating ninuman
Nais kong marating ang kabihasnan
Upang maiba ang buhay
Ang bughaw na langit ng pangarap
Pagsikapan na makamtan
Ang bughaw na langit ng pangarap
Ay dapat lamang makamtan

The Musketeers
===============================================
Opening Theme
Marami kang pangarap
Kasing taas ng langit
Kaya’t laking tuwa ko
nang ibulong mo na kasama ako
Hawak kamay kapit-bisig
Tayo nang habulin ang mga tala
Kasama kita kaya hindi ako mangangamba
Mapalad ang maging kaibigan mo
Nakaukit ang pagmamahal sa iyong puso
Kaya’t taimtim pangako gagawin kong lahat
para sa’yo

SailorMoon
===============================================
Opening Theme
Ikaw ang lagi kong Hinahanap
Kasama kang lagi sa pangarap
Nais ko’y lagi kang nakikita
Marahil nga ay mahal kita
Liwanag ng buwan sa kalawakan
Hinahatid ka sa ‘king isipan
Pano ba kita makakausap
Ikaw sa akin ng lahat
Sana, bawat saglit laging kapiling ka
pag-ibig ko sana’y madama
Basta’t kasama kita sa pangarap
Nadarama’y wala ngang katulad
Ligayang ulot nito sa ‘king puso
Sana ay di na mag wakas
Sana ay di na mag wakas

Remi, Nobody’s Girl==============
Opening Theme
Aking ina, mahal kong ina
Pagmamahal mo akin ina
Yakap mo sa akin
Hinahanap ko
Init ng pag-ibig
Kumot ng bunso
Sa gitna ng pagkakahimbing
Yakap mo ang gigising

Akazukin ChaCha
=============================
Tibay ng loob, tiwala sa sarili
Mga katangiang taglay
Katatagan,—
Para sa payapang sandaigdigan
Ang busilak na kalooban
Lahat ng bagay makakamtan
Pagkat ito’y para sa kabutihan
(Pagibig)
Busilak na kalooban
Lahat ng bagay makakamtan
Pagka’t ito’y para sa kabutihan

Charlotte
=============================
Opening Song
Ika’y sinag ng araw, Charlotte
Labi mong singpula ng rosas
Kahit niyebe sa gubat ay natutunaw
Ika’y tanglaw ng pag-asa, Charlotte
Bituing kumikinang ang kulay
Inaawit ang himig ng tag-sibol
Oh…Oh…Oh…Charlotte
Tanod kang bituin
Oh…Oh…Oh…Charlotte
Tanglaw kang maningning
Ngayon at bukas man
Sa agos ng panahon
Pinag-aalab mo aming panaginip
Closing Song
La La La Beautiful May May Flower
Ang buwan ng Mayo ay kay gandang tunay
Dahil may bungang umuusbong
At sa buhok ko ito’y ipinutong
Ako’y nagiging diyosa ng tag-sibol
Kaya’t sa gubat ating ipunin
Mga pipit at maya
Ang mga burol ating balutin
Ng luntiang damo at dahon
La La La Beautiful May May Flower
La La La Beautiful May May Flower

Crayon Shin Chan
=============================

Chorus:
Si Crayon Shin Chan, Si Crayon Shin Chan, Kilala ng
kabataan
Si Crayon Shin Chan, Si Crayon Shin Chan, Mahilig
maglaro oooh
Si Crayon Shin Chan, Si Crayon Shin Chan, Kilala ng
kabataan
Si Crayon Shin Chan, Si Crayon Shin Chan, Walang
tatalo sa kakulitan
Si Shin Chan ang ating bida
At talagang nakakatawa
Kahit na medyo makulet
Pero siya’y mabaet
C’mon baby, C’mon baby, halina tayo’y magsaya
Crayon Shin Chan, Astig na bida
Lagot ka, Lagot ka
Andyan na ang mommy mo!
Repeat Chorus

Fortune Quest
==========================
Bukas na kay ganda
Sa kwentong ubod ng saya
Paglalakbay namin sa mundong
aming narating
Bukas na kayganda
Mga mata’y imulat na
Upang makamtan ang ligaya

Georgie
=========================
Parang bahaghari
At ang kagandahan nito’y maging
Makislap pa sa araw
Isang lubos na marikit
Mula sa iyo maahal
At magsasama tayong dalawa

Little Women 2
================================

Bakit kay ganda’t kay siglang mundo
Kung ikaw ay bata pa
Magtampisaw ka sa tubig
Maglaro ka sa kalsada
Libutin mo ang ikot ng mundo
Kung ikaw ay bata pa

Polyanna
===============================================
Opening theme
Ang pagluha ay kalungkutan
Wag hahayaang magkaganyan
Magsaya sumayaw sige na sige hataw!
Tayo na magsama-sama
Lumipad sa kalawakan
Doon walang kalungkutan
Wala wala wala wala wala wala
(Singlamlam) ng mga bitiun na nagniningning
Naghihintay o kay saya tayo na
Maging ang pangamba’t pag-iisa
Hindi magiging hadlang
Tayo’y magtawanan magkulitan
Magkwentuhan Magdaldalan
O walang kalungkutan at tayo’y magsayawan
liwanag ay parang mga bitiun
nagniningning naglalambing
Magsaya Sumayaw masayang Karnabal!
End Theme
Aking iipunin ang mga bitiun sa langit
At aking gagawing pangalan mo
Wag mong hahayaan talunin ka ng kalungkutan
Iguguhit kita at aking ipipinta
Ang awit kong ito’y para sa’yo
Hanggang sa pagtulog at panaginip
at iyong maririnig
Kung hehele at kakapit ng buong lambing
sa magdamag madarama mo ang aking pagmamahal
Aking mahal

Thunder Jet
===============================================
Tahakin ang landas ng kalawakan
Iwagayway ang bandila ng pangarap
Hanapin ang alab ng digmaan
Dito sa gitna ng kalawakan
Ending Song
Sugod mga kababayan
Para sa ating kalayaan
Bangon sa pagkakaalipin
Hanggang sa ating kalayaan

Sa init ng kanyang pagmamahal
Nalilimot ko ang kalungkutan
*Aawitin ang awitin niya
Nung ako’y pinaghehele niya
Nais kong muling maramdaman
Ang init ng yakap ng nanay ko
Himig niya’y ang duyan ko
Pagmamahal niya ang tanglaw
Siya lang ang mahal
Walang iba

HEIDI
============================
Heidi, heidi
Anakpawis ka sa kabundukan
Luntiang parang, nasisikatan ng gintong araw
Heidi, Heidi,
tahanan mo ang kabundukan

Santa CLaus ? [nakalimutan ko] :giggle:
=========================
Nais naming….

Laruan, libro, damit na pampasko!

BLINK
========================
Habang nabubuhay, manalig ka
Lagi kang may kasama, may kaibigan ka
At kung ikaw ay nalulungkot
Kung ikaw ay natatakot
Wala kang gagawin kundi ako’y tawagin…
*
Ako si Blink
Sa bawat oras nariyan,
Tutulong sa nangangailangan
Ako’y maaasahan sa lahat ng bagay

Cinderella
=======================
Kailan, kailan ko malalaman ang itatawag sa
isang mukhang walang pangalan,
sabik na akong ikaw ay makilala ko.
*
Ngunit hanggang kailan, hanggang kailan
Ito mananatiling panaginip
Sabik na ko, sabik na ko sa iyong
Yakap at halik…

Julio at Julia (Kambal ng tadhana)
=================================
Kapag uminog na ang mundo
iikot din ang buhay ng tao
may saya at mayroong dusa
‘wag lang tayo magpapatalo

Kung ikaw ay nag-iisa
sa landas na iyong tinatahak
huwag mawawalan ng pag-asa
sa mithiing pakikibaka

CHORUS:

Si Julio at Julia,
kambal ng tadhana
di susuko sa pagsubok.

MASKMAN
=================================
Humanda na kayo
Kampon ng kadiliman
Oras na ng pagtutuos
Kasamaan n’yo na’y matatapos
Narito na sila
Bayaning tagapagtanggol
Sa masama’y lilipol
Maskman, kayo lang ang pag-asa
Iligtas kami sa rahas ng kadiliman
Kami’y inyong ipaglaban…

Sugod, sugod, laban Maskman
Ipagsanggalang ninyo ang katarungan
Sugod, sugod, laban Maskman
Ipagtanggol ninyo ang kapayapaan
Buong mundo’y nagpupuri’t nagpupugay, mabuhay!
Laser Squadron Maskman!

Being in the comfort zone is the main cause of laziness in most people. It is similar to the gravitational field. You have to do some real work against it in order to break their barriers.

He is happy and comfortable in your current comfort zone, but has to expand your comfort zone to realize what they are really capable of.

You should push your limits to enter new levels of comfort zone to experience the real fun.
If not, you should. If you must, you can. – By Tony Robbins

I would like to share a real experience of mine with you that can help us expand our comfort zone.

I arrived at the training center about 9:30 am and is reported at the reception. This was my first job as an IT trainer and I was very tense and excited. In about 5 minutes, a woman came and introduced himself as director of training. Then he mentioned that I was late for training and she let me go because it was my first day of training. The serious look he gave me clearly having a very low tolerance for such errors.

She took me into the office and presented to all other students. Soon we became very good friends and I especially like one of the students, who was local to that place where they were attending training. I noticed that his voice was very low and rarely spoke.

She gave us our training program that was already prepared for us.

Then they told us to go into a classroom to attend our training session.

The first training session for about two hours. We took it easy and coincidentally attended the meeting and take note of some items proposed by the coach.

Immediately after completing the class the trainer came in and gave some papers and told us to take an exam for the class to attend.

It was a real shock to us all. How can anyone expect a review within the first two hours of training? He left the room without waiting for our response. When we look at the questions, I had another shock. The questions were so complex and covering almost every word that is taught in class.

Somehow I could finish the test with a lot of difficulties. Again came in and started going through the leaves of our response. Seeing his face, is easy to see that she was not entirely happy with our performance. Surprisingly, she had not mentioned anything about our testing.

Later he called me and told me the platform to teach everything from the training session is only two hours. I have a lot of fear and the stage and just had enough shocks in the early hours itself. How can you expect to remember everything and play without having to go through it again?

All of us have only thought in our minds. “It is impossible to complete this training.”

I myself could see my voice shaking when I went through a couple of phrases that I remembered the meeting. He then invited other students and they also had the same experience as me. She told the student who has a soft voice to talk and agreed to. Everyone in the room felt that going to have a difficult time, it is not easy to change the voice of anyone.

It was about 13:00 when we had the chance to breathe slowly lunch.

Our afternoon session was not very different. We had to go through two training sessions then followed by an examination of our conferences. At the end of the day we said we would have to go through the same exams the next day that was not good.

We were totally exhausted when we returned to our hotel and it was almost 8 pm. Somehow ended up for dinner until 10 pm and then guess what?

We started preparing for the exam the following day.

The next day was completely different. Surprisingly, we were able to make everything perfect contrast to the previous day. We were able to concentrate well in the training session, took notes of every detail. We were also able to understand much better and play everything in our mind every time the coach stops a few seconds for holding his breath. Once the session was over we see an amazing difference in our confidence levels.

We all had the same feeling and we all know that we were willing to take any evidence and we did. Could answer all test questions and were able to see a little smile on the faces of the same woman who warned us the last day.

When we called the platform of the conference that were able to reproduce everything that we can not even think we could. Once everyone has finished reading, the student who has quietly and was called to the scene. Everyone else I know is that he can not speak out loud and funny in his voice.

Therefore, the most surprising happened. It was like a miracle. The kind that can not hear the voice, even from two feet, surprisingly started to talk aloud. Everyone could not believe their ears for quite some time. I’m not listening to the conference and do not need as we have heard so many times. I watch the guy who is talking to the confidence levels impossible. I watch how they are transformed.

I used to believe that it takes months or years to make a change in human behavior. All happened in a day!

The only person who had no change in any sense is the trainer who was looking after us. He behaved as if this is normal for her.

This incident changed not only me but also to all who participated in such training.

I started to believe we’re never going to push our limits unless serious the situation requires.

Is like weightlifting. At first, we started with 10 pesos a pound. Within days we see that our muscles are growing and comfortable early lifting 15 pounds. Continuing on the lifting of 15 pounds, the muscle stops growing after a few days. For muscle growth can continue, we must further increase the weight. We must push our limits and keep the weights change every few days so we can continue to grow.

Once out of the comfort zone, things may seem painful and impossible at first, but soon become our new comfort zone. To escape this new comfort zone, again we must strive to enter the next area and reach new levels. This cycle should never stop growing. If you stop, never be able to know our true potential.

Round trip to work each day and is not a pleasant experience and you will notice some unpleasant side effects. Most often, the journey is not as soft and smooth as you like and may become stressed. You can also find sleep at the wheel of monotony of the same road every day.

These tips will help you better enjoy their daily commute to the workplace.

1. CLEAN IT UP

Keep your vehicle as clean and orderly as possible. A clean car is more enjoyable than a messy unsightly interior. Keep a container of a kind useful to rule out any trash you accumulate. In addition, adorn himself with his favorite things to make you feel at home and do not suffer from stress to travel.

2. CARPOOL

Ride with another person of the time or someone riding with you. Car sharing with a travel companion will break the monotony of the same unity of all the old days and makes the trip more enjoyable.

3. Put on the RADIO

Play music or your favorite CD or audio book. Catch up on the latest news or weather report. Try to sing with the music.

4. RELAXATION

Get a good night. Go to bed early so as not to fall asleep. Waking up late and rushing to get on the road does not have a pleasant ride to work. Going to happen all the time wondering if you forgot something, like your wallet, shoes, keys, etc.

5. KEEP YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED

It’s frustrating to drive a car that has mechanical problems, not to mention dangerous. A properly maintained vehicle is more enjoyable to drive, even in times of bad weather or heavy traffic conditions.

6. USE FRESHENERS

A nice aroma will help you relax. You can also cover the odor of soda yesterday that dumped on the carpet when a curve.

7. NO SURF

Keep drinking to a minimum at night of work. If you are tired or slightly alcohol hangover from the night before, the unit will be more stressful and dangerous. If fact, if you eat a lot of things could still be held legally under the influence of the next morning and get a DUI.

8. EAT BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME

Eat a healthy breakfast before going to the energetic work that remains, even if you’re stuck in traffic. It’s hard to eat while driving. It can make you get distracted and have an accident. It is also possible that the food sling around the vehicle that makes you feel uncomfortable the whole disk.

9. ORGANIZE

Keep things you need or use of your vehicle to hand. In this way you know your drivers license and insurance documents if you are stopped by a police officer. Keep the pen used to sign your paycheck in hand. These things can make an otherwise stressful day go much smoother.

10. AVOID TRAFFIC

Try to leave a little earlier or later to avoid the high traffic volumes. Seek alternative routes to reduce waiting at traffic lights for the traffic to clear. You can drive a little further, but more likely to use the same amount of gas and get to your destination as quickly. Traffic away will save a lot of stress and make the trip much more enjoyable.

11. Take a different route

Taking a different route will keep your commute more interesting and less stressful. You can also prevent you from falling asleep.

Have a nice ride work will make your whole day less stressful and more relaxing. You will be able to concentrate more on their work and less trouble to get there.

More than One Way to Skin a Cat: Adventures in Creative Thinking

How many times have you caught yourself saying that there could be another solution to a problem – and that problem leads to a dead end?

How many times have you caught yourself saying that there could be another solution to a problem – and that problem leads to a dead end? How many times have you felt stumped knowing that the problem laying before you is one that can not be resolved. No leads. No options. There are no solutions.

Do you feel that you have exhausted all possible options and yet still before the mountain – large, unconquerable, and impregnable? When faced with such enormous problems, you may feel like you’re hitting against a steel mountain. The pressure to solve a problem can be overwhelming.

But rejoice! There may be some hope yet!

With some creative techniques of problem solving may be able to look at the problem from a different perspective. And that light could be the end of the tunnel leading to possible solutions.

First, in the light of creative problem solving, you must have an open mind to the fact that there may be something more than a solution. And, you should be open to the fact that there may be solutions to problems you thought were insurmountable.

Now, with this optimistic mindset, we can try to be a little more creative in solving our problems.

Number one, perhaps the reason why we can not solve our problems is we have not really had a detailed analysis of what the problem. In this case, trying to understand the problem and have a concrete understanding of its functioning is essential to resolve the problem. If you know how it works, what is the problem, then you have a better basis for resolving the problem.

Do not try to do the simple statement of what is the problem. Try to identify the entities involved and what their relationships with each other are. Take note of the things that can make any position to lose with the current problem. Now you have a simple statement of what the problem.

Number two, try to take note of all the limitations and assumptions that have the words of the problem. Sometimes it is these assumptions that obstruct our view of the possible solutions. You have to identify which assumptions are valid, in which the cases must be addressed.

Number three, try to resolve the problem by parts. Resolves that goes from the general view to the more detailed parts of the problem. This is known as top-down approach. Write the question and then come to a solution of a single sentence to theirs. The solution should be a general statement of what will solve the problem. From here you can develop the solution and increase its complexity little by little.

Number four, although it helps to have a board and critical thinking to solve a problem, should also keep a creative voice, analysis on the back of his head. When someone comes up with a solution, tried to think how I could make the solution work. Try to be creative. At the same time, find cracks in the armor of that solution.

Number five, it is worth remembering that there may be something more than a solution being developed at the same time. Try to keep track of all solutions and their evolution. Remember, there can be only one solution to the problem.

The number six, remember the old adage “two heads are better than one.” That one is truer than it seems. Keep an open mind to new ideas. You can only benefit from hearing all the ideas that each person has. This is especially true when the person speaking has experience solving problems similar to yours.

You do not have to be an enthusiast, the lone hero to solve the problem. If you can organize collective thought on the subject, it would be much better.

The number seven, be patient. While persevere, there is always the possibility that a solution will present itself. Remember that no one was able to create an invention of the first time.

Creative thinking exercises can help you in your quest to be a more creative problem solver.

Here’s an example.

Take a piece of paper and write any word that comes to mind in the middle. Now look at the word then write the first two words that come to mind. This may continue until it can build a tree of related words. This helps to develop analog skills and strengthen their creative processes.

So the next time you see a problem you think you can not solve, think again. The solution could be staring you in the face. All you need is a little creative thinking, some planning and a lot of work.

Life is not the sweetest candy. Sometimes when I feel the world is too heavy, I look around and find people who followed a fascinating and wonderful life. And then thoughts come popping into my mind like bubbles from nowhere – “How was your life so sweet adorable? What is it that you can still get to laugh and play despite a busy stressful life?” Then I pause and observed for a while … I realized that maybe, begin to work in a place called “me.”

So how do you get to be really happy? Step 1 is to love yourself.

My theology professor once said that “loving means accepting.” To love oneself means to accept that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections found an ounce of great value to be able to discover ways to improve your repertoire to recover from our mistakes.

Genuine happiness also means joy. When you are happy with the job you have, the way you look, your family, your friends, where you live, your car, and all the things they have now – really, you know the answer to the question ” how to be truly happy. ”

When it finds a start small somewhere inside, start slowly with time will lead to something else and something else. But if you keep questioning life lit it has never done any good, it will never be able to find true happiness.

I think life is to discover the good and evil, trying and not winning and losing. These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. If not, a person’s life has become so abundant and necessary as air. But this should not prevent us from being happy.

How to be really happy in spite of all this? I tell you … every time you make every effort to improve the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning your room, helping a friend, caring for his sick dog, not the board exams and trying again, life gives you equivalent points for that.

Imagine life as a big score board like those used in the NFLs. Every time you take a step forward, it is to score points. Would not it be nice to view counts in the end of each game and think “Thank goodness, I have a point today. I’m glad I gave it a shot.” Instead of seeing everything in black and murmur “Geez, no hit me up a score today. I wish I had the guts to try. We could have won! “And then walk away.

Genuine happiness is not driving the best cars in Formula 1, or ensure that the employee of the year award, earning the highest 13th month pay, or beating the sales quota. Sometimes the most sought after prizes in life does not always go faster, stronger, more courageous or even the best. So how do you become truly happy? Each has its own definition of “happiness.” The happiness of a writer may mean launching as much best selling books as possible. Happiness for a basketball rookie may mean getting the rookie of the year award. The happiness of a beggar may mean a lot of money. The happiness of a business man may mean success. So, really now, how we become truly happy? Simple. You do not have to have the best things of this world. Its about doing and make the best of everything. When you’re smiling at his own mistake and telling your self “Oh, I’ll do better next time, you carry with you the flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread like a brush fire. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try – that will make you a really happy person.

When you learn to accept yourself and your own faults. You pass step 1 in the “how to become really happy.” During the time that you know how to accept others, will be accepted. During the time that I love and know love, receive love ten folds.

Again, throw me the same question “how to become really happy”. I’m going to refer a friend of mine who strongly quoted-”Most of us know that laughter is the best medicine for the pains of life and pain. But most of us do not know that the best class laughter is laughter over self. Because then not only be happy … to be free. “

When we look at a particular object, a painting for example – will not be able to appreciate what is in it, what is painted and what else goes with it if the painting is just an inch away from our face. But if we try to go a little further, we will have a clearer picture of the work of art.

We reached a point in our lives when we are ready for change and a lot of information that will help us unlock our self improvement power. Until then, something can be staring at us directly under our noses, but do not see it. The only time we think about opening our self improvement power is when everything got worse. Take the frog principle for example -

Try placing a frog in a pot of boiling water. What happens? He twerps! He jumps! Why? Because he is not able to tolerate sudden changes in their environment – the water temperature. Then try Frog B: place in a warm water, then turn the gas stove. Wait until the water reaches a certain boiling point. Frog B then thinks “Ooh … it’s a bit warm here.”

People are like Frog B in general. Today, Anna thinks Carlos hates. Tomorrow, Patrick walks up to her and said that he hates. Anna stays the same and do not mind what you say to your friends. The next day, she learned that Kim and John also abhors. Anna does not realize both the importance and need for self improvement until the entire community hates her.

We learn our lessons when we experience pain. Finally we see the warning signs and signals when things get tough and hard. When we realize we need to change diets? When any of our jeans and shirts we form. When to stop eating candies and chocolates? When all the teeth have fallen. When we realize we have to stop smoking? When the lungs have gone bad. When praying and asking for help? When we realize that we are going to die tomorrow.

The only time most of us learn about unlocking our self improvement power is when the whole world is crashing and falling apart. We think and feel this way because it is not easy to change. But change becomes more painful when we ignore it.

Change will happen, like it or hate it. At one time or another, we will all experience different turning points in our lives – and we will unlock all the time is not our power of self-improvement, because the world says, not because our friends are upset, but because we realized its for our own good.

Happy people not only accept change, embrace it. Now, you do not have to feel a tremendous heat before realizing the need for improvement. Unlocking your self improvement power means freeing yourself from the cage of thought that is just the way I am. ” It is a poor excuse for people who fear and resist change. Most of us program our minds like computers.

Jen repeatedly tells everyone that she does not have the guts to be around groups of people. She listened to his mother, father, sister, her teacher says the same things about her to others. Over the years, that is what Jen believes. She believes its her story. And what happens? Every time a large crowd of troops at home, at school, and community – which tends to take a step back, run and shut in a room. Jen not only believed in her story, she lived it.

Jen has to realize that it is not what is in their history. Rather than have its place in history around his face for all to remember, you must have the spirit and show people “I am an important person and should be treated accordingly!”

Self improvement may not be everyone’s favorite word, but if you look at things from a point of view, we could have more opportunities to enjoy the whole process instead of counting the days until we are fully improved. Three sessions a week at the gym would result to a healthier life, reading books instead of watching porn will shape a deeper, hanging out with friends and peers will help you take a step back in work and rest. And just when you are enjoying the whole process of unlocking the power of personal growth, you will realize that it is beginning to take things light and happy.

All stress is not bad. Stress can initiate change, help us focus on the task at hand, and in some cases, save our lives. However, when stress builds up, can lead to the contrary and we are spinning our wheels, keep us from concentrating, and cause loss of bodily harm and even life.

The first tip for managing stress is to recognize your stress. The next step is to put each one in its place. The following tips for managing stress, based on some old and some new sayings can help you do just that!

Good night’s rest.
Eat healthy.
Listen to your favorite music.
The exercise, participate in a sport or a fun activity.
Plan your time and set priorities.
Talk to a friend about your problems, do not stay alone,
Get a massage.
Take a nap.
Take a hot bath.
Read a book or watching television. Take a deep breath and count to ten-
Taking a deep breath or two adds oxygen to your system almost instantly helps you relax. Also, take a moment to step back can help maintain your composure, which ultimately is what you need to work rationally through a stressful situation.

Start with “take a deep breath” and …

Count to ten (or more or less as the situation warrants!)
Stand up and stretch. Remember that relaxation is the opposite of stress.
Stand up and smile. Try it! You’ll feel better!
Take a walk. If you’re at work, take a dip or break a glass of water. Do something that changes your approach. When you come back to the problem, most likely will not seem so insurmountable.
In the book Gone With the Wind, Scarlett O’Hara says, “I can not think about it now. If I do, I go crazy. I’ll think about that tomorrow.” Good advice!

Stop and smell the roses
“Things happen” and sometimes “bad things happen to good people.” If we let them, stressful events can accumulate, we in the wall, and ultimately prevents us from enjoying the finer things in life.

Take your time. Too often we put the jokes of life in the background, telling ourselves that they have “time” or can not “make time” for them. However, in reality, time is all that we totally own. While we can not “make” a day that is more than 24 hours, every one of us begins the day with exactly that amount of time. Take a portion of their time to recognize the good things in your life.
Sleep on it. Every coin has two sides and each issue has pros and cons. List the two then put the list away and take a second look tomorrow. Sometimes, “sleeping in” a state of flux for the less advantaged.
Every cloud has a silver lining. After all, the rain makes things grow! Ben Franklin found it in a flash. Find the good in stressful situations through the list of negative waves and determining what it takes to become positively charged!

“A man must know his limitations”
Know yourself and your limits may be the most important way to manage stress effectively.

“God grant me the serenity to accept things I can not change, courage to change things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”

Feeling stressed, exhausted by fatigue or simply having a miserable day, the best thing to do is relax.

Watching TV can be a form of relaxation for some, but not a recommended method by experts. When we watch TV we are bombarded with commercials, ads, sounds and images. So how to achieve relaxation? If there are thousands of ways you can get stressed, one of them is not meeting deadlines, there are many ways to relax.

In recent studies, experts have determined that heart disease is linked to anger and irritability is linked to mental stress. Ischemia causes too much stress can cause or cause a heart attack. The relaxation has a greater significance in light of this case. Managing your anger and attitude is important for heart health, and relaxation can help manage stress.

One way of relaxation is transcendental meditation. Recent studies have also shown that this method might reduce artery blockage, which is the main cause of heart attack and stroke. transcendental meditation, the practice of people by repeating soothing sounds while meditating to pronounce, it is to achieve total relaxation. The researchers found that practitioners of transcendental meditation significantly reduced the arterial wall thickness compared with those who did not practice transcendental meditation.

Another study on another method of relaxation, acupuncture, seems to reduce high blood pressure by initiating several body functions for the brain to release chemicals known as endorphins. Endorphin helps to relax muscles, ease panic, decrease pain and reduce anxiety.

Yoga is also another method for relaxation and may also have similar effects like acupuncture. In another study, participants were subjected to several minutes of mental stress. They were then subjected to various relaxation techniques such as listening to nature sounds or classical music. Only those who did Yoga significantly reduced the time required for blood pressure to return to normal. Yoga is a form of progressive relaxation.

Breathing is one of the easiest ways to relax. Breathing influences alamost all aspects of us, affects our mind, our moods and our body. Just concentrate on your breathing, after some time you can feel its effects right away.

There are several breathing techniques that can help reduce stress.

Another easy way to achieve relaxation is exercise. If you feel irritated a simple half hours of exercise often settle things. Although exercise is a great way to lose weight, do not show how to manage stress properly. The exercise should also be used in conjunction with the method of exercise.

A great way to relax is to get a massage. For complete relaxation, you have to surrender to the handling and feel of a professional therapist.

There are several types of massages that also give different levels of relaxation.

Another method of relaxation is Biofeedback. The usual program of biofeedback training includes 10-hour sessions that often separated one week apart.

Hypnosis is one controversial relaxation technique. It is a good alternative for people who think they have no idea what it feels like to be relaxed. It is also a good alternative for people with impaired health-related stress.

Drugs are extreme alternatives to relaxation. They are sometimes not safe and effective as other methods of relaxation. This method is used by medical professionals on their patients.

These relaxation techniques are some of the ways you can achieve relaxation. Another reason why you need to relax and reduce blood pressure in people and reduce the chances of a stroke or a heart attack, is because stress produces hormones that suppress the immune system, relaxation gives you time to immune system to recover and in doing so function more efficiently.

Relaxation lowers the activities within the system of the brains’ limbic, which is the emotional center of our brain.

Moreover, the brain has a periodic need for a more pronounced activity in the right hemisphere. Relaxation is one way to achieve this.

Relaxation can really be a good use once a relaxation technique is regularly built into your lifestyle. Choose a technique that you think you can do regularly.

Emotions love to dominate our actions and reactions, although we do not want to happen sometimes. The society often see emotions as a sign of weakness, so people are used to put aside and focus on the more rational and more.

No matter how strict and logical it is, you will always feel. One way or another, someone or something that is achieved through you.

Positive emotions are a lifelong goal for many of us worry about the emotional health and personal growth. What is more important, the amount of money he made during his life or the times you laughed with joy?

People tend to put their positive emotions behind their negative feelings. This is one of the biggest problems that people come through their lives.

There is no clear way to ignore a negative experience and try to replace it with positive. Life just does not work that way.

For example, when you were a child, if your goldfish dies, you break my heart. His parents will probably buy another goldfish, but the pain is still there.

Things get even more complicated when he becomes an adult. A fight with her husband last night affect your day. You go to work angry, tired, and your mind will wander. On the way home from work will not notice the sun shining and not tempted to stop at a roadside stand to pick up some fruits and vegetables.

All this because a negative thought has contaminated the way we perceive the reality around you.

At this point you will realize finding a safe place to relax the mind will do wonders for your emotional and mental improvement.

That place is relatively easy to find. It can be a real or an imaginary situation. The best idea is totally lost in it.

Say you have a problem in your mind and simply not go away. Bowling. Do not know how? Just give it a shot.

Trapped in the game. His mind is derived from the negative thoughts that dominated the last hours or days and start processing a new type of information.

A shelter may take many forms. It can be a song, a movie, even a person or animal. The main thing is to allow yourself to get completely involved with this new activity.

You can still get flashes of the problem from time to time. Ignore it and get even more absorbed in what you are doing.

When bowling, the song or movie that ends abruptly return to reality. You probably want to retreat to a safe place. Do not.

The safe place exists only as a helping hand, not a solution to the problems in your life, which is a small or large. Serves only as an escape route.

Return from its security zone with a higher energy level. You will feel better about yourself and gain more confidence. You will see that any problem can be solved.

This is how a small escape a harsh reality can increase your mental and emotional health. Try to do this often and you’re on your way to a better improvement.
